Easy Gulab Jamun Recipe At Home

Gulab Jamun Recipe This is a dessert from North India. This dessert I love the most, Gulab Jamun is made by adding a little maida to Mawa, and also making Gulab Jamun by mixing Mawa and paneer. Gulab Jamuns are made good in both the ways, today we will make Gulabjamun by mixing Mawa and Paneer, so let's start quickly, Gulab Jamun Recipe.

What are the Ingredients for Gulab Jamun Recipe?

  • Mawa (Khoya) - 250 grams (1 1/4 cup)
  • Paneer - 100 grams (1/2 cup)
  • Maida (refined flour) - 20 - 30 grams (2-3 tablespoons)
  • Cashews - 1 tbsp (cut into 8 pieces of cashew nuts)
  • Raisins - Table Spoon
  • Sugar - 600 grams (3 cups)
  • Ghee - for frying gulab jamuns

How to Make Gulab Jamun Recipe in English?

Put Mawa, paneer, and all-purpose flour in a wide and large pot until it looks like a soft, smooth dough. Mawa is ready to make Gulab Jamun.

Step 1: Gulab Jamuns are prepared and prepared before frying. The method of making sugar syrup is given below. Sugar syrup is ready.

Step 6: Put 3-4 balls in the pan and fry (keep the flame of the gas low. Don't fry the gulab jamun while frying, instead pours hot ghee over it and fry it gently after turning brown, gulab jamun Fry till it becomes brown all around.

Sugar Syrup:-

In a vessel, add 300 grams of water (half the amount of sugar) to the sugar, keep sugar syrup on the fire.

When sugar syrup comes to a boil, sugar dissolves in water and after that cook for 1-2 minutes. Take 1-2 drops of syrup solution on a plate. Try sticking it between the thumb and finger, the syrup should stick between the finger and thumb, the syrup of half the wire i.e. the wire should be made for a very short distance, cool the syrup, and filter it.

What are the Ingredients for Rice Kheer Recipe?

  • Rice Basmati Rice - 70 grams (1/2 cup)
  • Milk (full cream) - 1 kg
  • Desi Ghee - 1 Table Spoon (optional)
  • Cashews - 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Raisins - One Table Spoon
  • Makhane - half cup chopped
  • Cardamom - 4-5 (peel and grind)
  • Sugar - 100 grams or half a cup

How to Make Rice Kheer Recipe in English?

Traditional Jalebi Recipe at Home in English

Jalebi recipe is a favorite dessert of North India. Usually, batter for Jalebi has to be prepared a day in advance. But we can make crispy succulent jalebi at home without keeping the jalebi solution or even with yeast and they can be prepared very easily.

  • Refined flour - 1 cup (125 grams)
  • Urad Dal - 1/4 cup (50 grams) soaked
  • Sugar - 2 cups (450 grams)
  • Red food color - less than ½ pinch
  • Baking Powder - 1/3 tsp
  • Cardamom - 6-7
  • Lemon - ½ or 1 teaspoon juice
  • Ghee or refined oil - for frying jalebi
How to Make Crispy Jalebi at home?

Prepare jalebi batter:-

Step 1:  Wash and soak the urad dal in water for 2 hours. After 2 hours remove the excess water from the lentils and put the lentils in a mixer jar, add as much water as necessary to grind the lentils, and prepare a paste after grinding it finely.

Step 2: Take refined flour in a big bowl, add baking powder and red food color and mix. Now add a little water to the flour and make a smooth batter until it gets ready.

Step 3: Add powdered urad dal to the flour mixture and mix well. Do not make the batter too thin or too thick, the batter is ready. 

Step 4: 3/4 cup water is used to make this much batter. The batter is ready to make jalebi.

Prepare Sugar Syrup for Jalebi:-

To make sugar syrup, put sugar and one and a half cup of water in a big pot and keep it for cooking, cook the sugar until it completely dissolves in the whole water. Keep stirring every 1-2 minutes. After sugar dissolves in water, cook the sugar syrup for 4-5 minutes.

Now check it, take 1- 2 drops from a spoon in a cup of sugar syrup, after it cools, sticks it between finger and thumb if 1 wire is forming in the syrup, then syrup is ready, if the wire in the syrup is ready. If it is not being prepared, then cook it for 1-2 minutes and check it again in the same way, as soon as you get 1-wire consistency, turn off the gas.

How to You Make jalebi Recipe:-

To make jalebi, heat ghee in a pan. To make Jalebi, take a cone (you can make it by filling the batter in a sauce bottle or else the jalebi can be made by filling the batter in polythene).

Put the cone on top of the glass and fill the batter in the cone. Cut the cone from the bottom very small. When the medium is high hot oil, press the cone a little bit and put the edge of it in the pan by rolling it round-round by hand, and give the shape of Jalebi put it in Jalebi embroidery as much as Jalebi comes.

Flip the jalebi over and fry till it becomes crispy and golden brown. When the jalebi is crispy and golden brown, take out the jalebi and place it on the ladle, so that its excess ghee goes back to the pan, and immediately put the hot jalebi in the sugar syrup. 

Let the jalebi be immersed in the syrup for 1-2 minutes, the syrup is filled inside the jalebi after that take it out from the syrup and keep it on a plate. 

Likewise, fry all the jalebi and prepare it by adding sugar syrup. Hot Instant Jalebi is ready.
