Step2:- As soon as the water comes to a boil, add soya chunks and ½ tsp salt to the pan.

Step3:- Then, cover the pan and turn off the gas. In 15 to 20 minutes, soya chunks will flower well.

Step4:- Grind tomatoes, ginger, and green Chillies in a grinder to make a paste.

Step5:- After making all the preparations heat the pan by burning the gas. Put oil in a hot pan.

Step6:- After the oil is hot, add cumin seeds to the pan. Put coriander powder and tomato paste on the cumin seeds.

Step7:- Fry all the ingredients while stirring them with a spoon. Then, add capsicum to it and fry the spices till the oil starts separating from the spices.

Step8:- As soon as the oil separates from the spices, the masala is roasted.

Step9:- Now, add salt and mix it. After this, add soya chunks and a little green coriander to the spices. Cook all the ingredients while stirring for 2 to 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, soya beans chunks are ready, take them out on a plate.

Step1:- To make soya chunks, first, soak the soybean in water for some time. After this, take the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into fine pieces.

Step2:- Now grind tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, and prepare a paste.

Step3:- Now take a cooker and put some oil in it and heat it. Now add some cumin seeds, then add the paste and fry it on low flame.

Step4:- When the paste is roasted, add salt, Chilli, turmeric, Khatai, garam masala, and fry it well. Take care not to burn the masala and roast it well.

Step5:- Now add soaked soybean pieces to the roasted spices and mix well. After doing so, add chopped potato pieces to it.

Step6:- Mix this whole mixture well, now add a cup of water and close the lid of the cooker. Wait for the whistle to come. Turn off the gas when 2 whistles come.

Step7:- After some time the pressure of the cooker comes out, then open the lid and see your hot chunks are ready.

  • Soya chap - 3-4 (250 grams)
  • Tomato - 3 (250 grams)
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Green chili - 1
  • Cream - 100 grams
  • Oil - 3-4 tbsp
  • Coriander - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala - less than 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder - 1 teaspoon full to the top
  • Whole Spices - Large Cardamom-1, Cinnamon-1, Clove-2, Black 
  • Pepper-6-7
  • Salt

How to Make a Soya Chaap Recipe with Curry at Home?

Step1:- Cut soya Chaap into 1 to 1.5-inch pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Put the chap in hot oil.

Step2:- Fry the pieces of the chap till it becomes light brown on both sides and keep it on a plate.

Step3:- Make tomato-ginger-green Chilli paste. Add cumin seeds to the remaining oil of the pan, after roasting cumin, add asafetida, turmeric powder and coriander powder, Kasoori methi and whole hot spices, black pepper, lentil sugar, long and cardamom. 

Step4:- Fry the spices lightly, now add tomato-ginger-green Chilli paste and add red chili powder, fry the spices until oil starts floating on the spices.

Step5:- After the oil separates from the spices, add garam masala to it and add cream and cook it continuously until the spices boil. 

Step6:- Once the spices boil, add 1/2 cup of water to it, and stir it continuously once again and bring it to boil and add a little green coriander and mix it in the gravy.

Step7:- Once the gravy starts boiling, add salt to it and mix Soya Chaap in it. 

Step8:- Cover the vegetable on low flame and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
