Ingredients for Tawa Paneer Tikka
  • Paneer - 250 grams
  • Curd - 100 grams (1/2 cup)
  • Salt - As per taste (3/4 tsp)
  • Black pepper - half a teaspoon
  • Butter or Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch (make a paste)
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Tomatoes - 2-3
  • Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder (if you want) - less than a quarter teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
  • Lemon - 1 cut into 4 pieces

How to Make Tawa Paneer Tikka Recipe at Home?

Step1: Cut the paneer into big square pieces.

Step2: Beat the curd, mix salt, pepper, and half a ginger paste. Put the pieces of paneer in the curd and mix and keep it covered for half an hour.

Step3: Take out the paneer pieces from the curd, place it on a plate, and keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Wash capsicum, remove seeds, cut into thin pieces. Wash and finely chop the tomatoes.

Step4: Heat butter by putting butter in a nonstick pan or pan put 6-7 pieces of paneer in hot butter and fry on both sides till they turn light brown, keep the flame low while cooking the tikka. 

Step5: Likewise, roast all the pieces of paneer and keep it on a plate.

Step6: Reduce the gas, add cumin powder, ginger paste, to the butter left in the pan and stir with a spoon. 

Step7: Add capsicum to this spice, stir with a spoon and cook covered for 1 minute.

Step8: Now add tomato, fried pieces of paneer, chaat masala, red chili powder and mix them well and stir for half or one minute.

Step9: Paneer tikka is ready.

How to Make Chilli Paneer Recipe at Home?

Step1: Cut the paneer into square pieces, take half a cornflour in a plate, and wrap the paneer pieces in the cornflour. 

Step2: Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan and spread it around, when the oil is hot, apply the pieces of paneer to the pan to roast and turn it on both sides and turn it out until it turns light brown.

Step3: Now put the remaining oil in the pan, fry it after adding ginger and green chili, when heated, add green capsicum and fry for 1 minute.

Step4: Add red capsicum and fry for 1 minute, and now add roasted cheese pieces, tomato sauce, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, black pepper, Ajinomoto, and salt, mix all the ingredients on a slow flame till the mixture mixes well to mix. 

Step5: Dissolve the remaining cornflour in 1/4 cup of water until the kernels are finished and add to the chili paneer, cook the chili paneer in a spoon for 1 minute, breaking the mint leaves into coarse pieces.

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 dry red chilies
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 cardamom
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 piece cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • Salt to taste

How to Prepare Paneer Biryani Recipe Step by Step?

Step1: To make Paneer Biryani, first clean, and wash the rice thoroughly. 

Step2: Now put them in a vessel and soak them in water for some time.

Step3: Now add cumin, ginger, garlic, coriander, cardamom, long, dry red chili, lentil sugar, etc. into the mix and grind it well. 

Step4: Take the onion and chop it finely.

Step5: After doing this, take a pan, put butter in it, put it on the gas, put pieces of cheese in it, and fry them. 

Step6: When the paneer pieces turn light brown in color, add chopped onions and fry them on low heat.

Step7: Now take a cooker, add butter to it and add bay leaves in it. Now put all the ground mixture in it and fry it well. After roasting 4-5 minutes, add cheese pieces, roasted onions, salt, and rice to this mixture and mix.

Step8: After mixing all the ingredients, add 4 cups of water and leave it on the gas for cooking. 

Step9: Your rice will be cooked in 5-6 minutes. Turn off the gas. 

Step10: Take out the biryani and put coriander leaves on the plate.

  • Basmati rice - 1 cup (200 grams)
  • Paneer - 200 grams
  • Peas - ½ cup
  • Ghee - 2-3 tbsp
  • Coriander - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt - a little more than 1 tsp or as per taste
  • Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
  • Large cardamom - 2
  • Cinnamon - ½ inch
  • Cloves - 3-4
  • Black pepper - 8-10
  • Lemon - 1

How to Make Paneer Pulao Recipe Restaurant Style at Home?

Step1: Wash the rice and keep it for half an hour to soak. 

Step2: Cook the rice in the microwave, in a cooker, or in a similar vessel.

Step3: Cut the paneer into ½ inch square pieces. 

Step4: Put ghee in the pan and heat it, when the ghee is slightly hot, apply the pieces of paneer to roast in the pan and turn it on both sides and fry until it turns light brown. 

Step5: Grind the cloves, black pepper, cardamom seeds, and cinnamon and coarsely.

Step6: Add cumin and ground masala to the remaining ghee in the pan and fry it lightly, now add ginger paste and fry a little. 

Step7: Add the peas, fry all the ingredients with a spoon for 1 minute and then cover it and cook it for 1-2 minutes.

Step8: Add roasted peas, boiled rice to the spices, fried paneer pieces, and salt, mix it well, add lemon juice and mix again, turn off the gas and add the casserole to a plate. 

Step9: Take it out, garnish with green coriander leaves and the paneer pulao is ready.

Step10: Serve hot Paneer Pulao with curd, chutney or pickle and eat.
