Soybean Chili is Chinese food, it is also called Soybean Manchurian. Its taste is very tasty. It is very much liked by the children as well as the elders. The way of making it is similar to the way Chili Paneer is made, but it is good in terms of taste.

Soya Chilli Recipe Ingredients


  • One cup of soybean Vadis
  • Two tablespoons corn floor
  • One teaspoon green Chilli paste
  • Four tablespoons soy sauce
  • One onion (chopped into large pieces) 2 green onions (finely chopped)
  • One teaspoon Aradak (Grated)
  • 5 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Capsicum (thickly chopped)
  • A spoon vinegar/vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • A cup of water

How to Make Soya Chilli Recipe at Home?

Step1: To make soybean chili, firstly soak the soybeans for 20 minutes. 

Step2: After this, squeeze the soybean out of the water.

Step3: Now put soybean Vadis, salt, green Chilli paste, and a corn floor in a vessel and mix and keep aside.

Step4: After this, put oil in a pan on high heat to keep it warm.

Step5: As soon as the oil is hot, add soybean Vadas and fry it. After roasting, take it out on a plate.

Step6: Now add chopped Aradak, garlic, green Chilli paste, tomato sauce, and onion in the same pan and cook for 2 minutes.

Step7: Add soybean Vadis after a while and mix.

Step8: Add 1 cup of water to the pan and mix.

Step9: Now add chopped capsicum, vinegar, and salt and let it cook in medium flame for a while.

Step10: Turn off the flame when your gravy becomes thick. Serve hot soybean chili recipe hot.

Soya Granules (Chunks Paratha) Recipe Indian Style

Parathas made with light spices and soya granules recipe are tasty as well as full of protein. They can also be placed in baby tiffins with chutney or sauce.

Ingredients for Soya Granules (Chunks Paratha) Recipe


  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Soya granules - 1 cup
  • Capsicum - ½ cup (finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil - 4-5 tbsp
  • Green chili paste - ½ tsp (if you want)
  • Ginger paste - ½ tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch
  • Cumin seeds - ½ tsp

How to Make Soya (Granules) Keema Paratha without Onion and Garlic?

Step1: Put 1 cup of water in the pot and keep it for heating. 

Step2: After the water is well heated, turn off the gas and put soya granules in it, cover the pot and keep it for 10 minutes.

Step3: Take out the flour in a vessel. Add oil and salt to the flour and mix. Knead a soft dough with the help of water. 

Step4: Cover the dough and keep it covered for 20 minutes, the dough will be set and ready.

Step5: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Put cumin seeds in hot oil. 

Step6: When the cumin seeds are roasted, add green chili paste, ginger paste, asafoetida, and capsicum and fry them lightly. Add soya granules and salt and mix.

Step7: Stir the stuffing continuously and fry for 2 minutes and add green coriander and mix. 

Step8: Turn off the gas and take out the stuffing in a bowl. The dough is set, mash the dough a little and make it smooth. Heat it by placing it on gas. 

Step9: Take out a little flour from the dough and make a round dough. 

Step10: Wrap the dough in dry flour and roll out the parantha into a diameter of 4-5 inches, spread it with some oil on the rolled parantha (you can close the stuffing without applying any oil), 2 tsp stuffing Keep it, and close the stuffing by lifting the parantha by hand from all around.

Step11: Stuffing the stuffing dough with fingers, make it slightly bigger. Wrap the dough with a ladle and roll the parantha into a size of 5-6 inches while giving a slight pressure.

Step12: When the griddle is hot, grease it by adding some oil over the pan, put the paratha on the pan to roast, and when the pan is slightly roasted from the lower surface, turn the paratha.

Step13: When the paratha is slightly roasted on the second surface, put a little oil on the first surface and spread it around and flip the paratha, spread the oil on the second surface and spread it around, and press it with a spoon. 

Step14: Roast the parantha till light brown spots appear on both the sides. Take out the roasted paratha from the pan and keep it on a plate kept on a plate or serve it directly on the plate of the eater. Likewise, prepare all the parathas.

Step15: Serve hot soya granules parantha with curd, chutney, or tomato catch up and eat.
