Suggestion for Malai Kofta Recipe (Paneer Kofta Recipe)

Spet 1: After adding the cream, the gravy has to be cooked by stirring continuously, if we do not do this then the gravy may burst. Apart from this, add salt to the gravy only after it starts boiling because adding salt first can also cause the gravy to burst.

Step 2: You can make gravy like gram flour, dry fruits like cashews, melon seeds, coconut, khoya, curd, or whatever you like.

Step 3: While stuffing cream or mayonnaise in cutlets, keep in mind that they are tightly closed.

Steps4:-The oil should be hot enough while frying the cutlets. If the oil is cold, then the cutlets can break apart in the oil.
