  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • half cup butter
  • half cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon peel (grated)
  • 1 pinch baking powder

Step 1- First of all, mix together chopped fruits, almonds, and 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour in a vessel.

Step 2- After this, in another bowl add butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla essence and beat it well.

Step 3- Now add the remaining flour and the beaten egg mixture to the mixture prepared earlier and mix it well.

Step 4- Grease the cake pan with ghee and pour the prepared mixture into it.

Step 5- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade and place the cake tray in it and bake the cake for 40 minutes.

Step 6- After the specified time, check whether the cake is cooked or not by inserting a toothpick.

Step 7- If nothing sticks to the toothpick, then understand that the cake is ready and switch off the microwave.
