Step 1:- First of all take the mutton and wash it well. 

Step 2:- After doing this, take a bowl, add curd, garam masala, salt, black pepper, 

Step 3:- Add mutton pieces in it and mix it well and keep it for a while.

Step 4:- Now take rice and clean them well and soak them in water for some time as required.

Step 5:- Add the soaked rice to 3/4 cup water and keep it on the gas. 

Step 6:- Add long, cardamom, coriander mint leaves, and lemon juice to these rice and cook on low heat.

Step 7:- When the rice is cooked well, remove the water from them.

  • 1 cup basmati rice

  • 3 almonds, sliced

How to Make Hyderabadi Dum Chicken Biryani Recipe?

Grind the chicken in a bowl and add marinating spices to it and let it marinate for 4 hours.

Step 1. Mix saffron in a cup of milk and keep it aside.
Step 2. Now to prepare rice, discard the saffron, and put the ingredients in the washed rice.
Step 3. Cook it for 3.10 to 15 minutes.
Step 4. Heat ghee in a pan and add marinated chicken and also cooked rice. 
Step 5. Add saffron milk, coriander, fried onions, and chopped almonds and mix well.
