Ingredients for Momos Chutney Recipe (Red Chili Sauce and White Sauce)

For Red Chili Sauce:-
Red chili - 20 grams (20-25)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - a little more than 1 teaspoon or as per taste

For White Sauce: -
Potatoes - 1 (40-50 grams) (boiled)
Milk - 1 cup
Cream - 1/4 cup
Salt - a little more than 1 teaspoon or as per taste

How to Make Veg Momos Chutney at Home Indian Style?

Momos Chutney is a combination of Red Chili Sauce and White Sauce. Here I am telling how to make Red Chili Sauce and White Sauce for momos recipe? It is very simple to make at home with some ingredients.

Red Chili Sauce Recipe:-

Step1:- Put red chili and 1 cup of water in a vessel and keep it on the gas for boiling. 

Step2:- After the Chilli starts boiling, reduce the flame and let the chili cover half and let it boil for 10-12 minutes.

Step3:- After the water comes to a boil, reduce the gas and let the chili boil for 10-12 minutes on low flame. 

Step4:- The chili is ready by boiling, turn off the gas and let it cool down.

Step5:- When the chili cools down, put it in a mixer jar with salt and oil and grind it into a fine paste. 

Step6:- Take out the chutney in a bowl. Red chili sauce is ready.

White Sauce Recipe:-
Step1:- To make a white sauce, peel and break the boiled potatoes 

Step2:- Put them in a mixer jar. 

Step3:- Add cream, salt, and milk as well and make a very fine paste. 

Step4:- If the sauce looks too thick then add some milk and beat it again. 

Step5:- White Chutney is ready, take it out in a bowl. ½ cup of milk has been used.

Momos Chutneys recipe is ready to serve with momos. You can eat these chutneys as per your taste. Those who like spicier can eat red chili sauce. And those who do not like to eat spicily can eat white sauce. You can eat tomato sauce and red Chilli sauce in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Finish eating white sauce in 1 day. If you make it immediately and keep it in the fridge, you can eat it the next day too.
