  • Mint leaves - 1 cup
  • Green Chili 2-3
  • Curd or raw mango pieces - half cup
  • Roasted Cumin Half Teaspoon
  • Black salt - ½ tsp

How to Make Pudina (Mint) Chutney Recipe?

Step1: Clean the mint leaves and wash them well, break the stems of green Chillies, wash them, and cut them into pieces.

Ingredients for Tomato Chutney Recipe


  • Tomato - 4 (250 grams)
  • Whole red chili - 2
  • Ginger - 1-inch piece
  • Salt - 1or 2 teaspoons or as per taste
  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch
  • Oil - 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Mustard - ½ tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds - ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1.5 tsp
  • Black pepper - 10 to 12
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 to 2 pinches

How to Make Red Tomato Chutney at Home?

Step1: Wash tomatoes and cut them into big pieces. Wash ginger and cut it into big pieces.

Step2: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. When your oil is too hot, add some fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, and lick it. After this put half the mustard seeds. 

Step3: After frying the grains, add asafetida and coriander powder and fry the spices lightly.

Step4: After the masala is roasted, add chopped tomatoes, salt, whole red chili, black pepper chopped ginger, and sugar, and mix it well. 

Step5: Cover the tomatoes and cook them on a medium flame for 5 minutes. Check after this. Stir the tomatoes and cover again and let them cook for 5 minutes.

Step6: Check tomatoes, tomatoes are ready. Now cook the tomatoes on the high flame while stirring continuously for 1 to 2 minutes. Then turn off the gas and let the tomatoes cool.

Step7: When it cools down, put them in a mixer jar and grind it into a sauce. 

Step8: Tomato chutney is ready. You can eat it like this too, but after garnishing with tempering, the taste of the sauce increases. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a small pan. When your oil is too hot, and add some mustard seeds. 

Step9: Turn off the gas when the mustard seeds crackle and add red chili powder to it. Pour the tempering over the chutney. Very tasty The tomato chutney recipe is ready. Chutney can be stored in the refrigerator and eaten for 6 to 7 days.

  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Rye - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves - 6-7

Step1: Add raw Coconut(Nariyal), coriander, green Chillies, salt, curd, and 1/4 cup water in a mixer jar and grind them all finely.
