  • Okra - 250 grams
  • Oil - 2-3 tablespoons

  • Fennel Powder - 1 tsp

  • Salt - half a teaspoon or as per taste

How to make Bhindi Masala Recipe in English at Home?

Take small and medium-sized ladyfinger, first of all, wash the ladyfinger, remove the water, cut the stalk on the top of the washed lady and also cut the thin section on the bottom, cut the ladyfinger lengthwise into 2 parts. 

Cut it in, if the ladyfinger is too long, they can be cut into small pieces, cut all the ladyfingers and prepare them.

Put oil in a pan and heat it, add cumin and asafoetida, after cumin turns brown (keep the gas slow), add turmeric, fennel powder, coriander powder, and green Chillies, add okra to this spice, mix red chili in the ladyfinger Add mango powder, garam masala, and salt, and mix. 

Turn the flame on high, fry the ladyfinger with a spoon while stirring for 2-3 minutes.

Cover and cook the ladyfinger for 2 minutes. Open the lid and keep stirring with a spoon after 1 minute, the ladyfinger will be ready in 5 - 6 minutes.

Take out the lady's finger in a bowl and garnish with green coriander.

2.After this add fatty curd and mix. Now cut the vegetables into three x one inch thick pieces.

4. When the vegetables are half cooked, add the prepared paste to it. Add curry leaves as well.

5. Mix all and boil once. When the vegetables are fully cooked, then put coconut oil on top and serve.
