How to Make Salan for Vegetable Biryani without the Grinding Method?

Today I am sharing with you the chili salmon recipe, which you can serve with Hyderabadi Biryani, those who like to eat spicily, they will like this Chilli Salan very well. You too have this very simple recipe made at home.

Ingredients of Salan for Veg Biryani Recipe: -

  • 250 grams large green Chillies
  • 1 large onion
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • 25 grams tamarind
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp fenugreek seeds
  • ½ tsp rye
  • 10-12 curry leaves
  • 2 cups oil

To Make the Masala of Salan for Vegetable Biryani

  • ½ cup peanuts
  • 1½ tablespoons Poppy seeds
  • ½ cup white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • ½ cup grated coconut

How to Make Salan for Vegetable Biryani at Home In English with Ginfo4u?

Step1:- Finely chop the onion and ginger and now boil the onion in about 1 cup of water for 2-3 minutes.

Step2:- Now grind ginger and boiled onion. After this, wash the tamarind and soak it in about 1/4 cup of hot water for 10 minutes. 

Step3:- After the tamarind gets soaked, mash it well, remove seeds and fibers and keep the pulp of tamarind separately.

Step4:- Now wash and dry the chili thoroughly and make an incision in the middle, making sure that the chili is not cut into two pieces. It has to be cut.

Step5:- Do not remove the stalk of Chilli. Remove the seeds from the inside of the chili.

Step6:- Now heat a pan and fry peanuts, white sesame seeds, poppy seeds, coconut, cumin seeds, and coriander separately. 

Step7:- Now let the roasted ingredients cool down, then grind them together.

Step8:- Now heat oil in a pan. Fry green Chillies in hot oil and fry them lightly and take them out.

Step9:- Now add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds in the same pan. Now add curry leaves and just fry for a few minutes.

Step10:- When the mustard seeds start to crackle, add onion paste and fry till it becomes golden.

How to Make Hyderabadi Double Sweet?

Step1:- Now add dry ground spices, turmeric powder, and fry all the ingredients well.

Step2:- When the spices leave the oil, add about 2 to 3 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes.

Step3:- Now add tamarind paste in the prepared salsa, mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Step4:- Now cover the fried green Chillies and salt in the curry and let it cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. 

Step5:- Keep stirring it occasionally so that the curry does not get stuck in the pan. 

Step6:- Mirch Salan (gravy) recipe (Chilli Sauce) is ready. Serve it with biryani or roti or rice.
