  • Green peas - 100 grams

  • Tomatoes - 2-3 medium size
  • Green Chili - 3
  • Ginger - 1 1/2 inch long piece
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Asafoetida - 1-2 pinch
  • Cumin seeds - half a teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - half a teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves - a tablespoon

How to Make Mixed Vegetable Recipe at Home in English?

Step1:- Wash the vegetables, cut them into small pieces. Add cottage cheese to 1 cm. Cut into cubes.

Step2:- Wash tomatoes, green chilies, and ginger and grind them with a grinder.

Step3:- Put oil in a pan and heat it. Add turmeric powder and coriander powder. 

Step4:- Now add tomato paste and roast the mixture till it gets some graininess.

Step5:- Put all the chopped vegetables, salt, and red chili powder in the roasted spices and fry them for 2-3 minutes with a spoon. Add a tablespoon of water, cover the vegetable, and let it cook for 6-7 minutes on low flame.

Step6:- Open the vegetable and try, stir with a spoon, the vegetable has not softened yet. If you feel that the vegetable needs more water to cook, then add one tablespoon of water, cover the vegetable and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on a low flame again.

Brinjal - 500 grams (large brinjal, seedless)

  • Gram flour - 2 tbsp

  • Garam Masala - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil - for frying brinjals

Curry masala

  • Tomatoes - 3-4
  • Green chili - 1 or 2
  • Ginger - 1-inch long piece
  • Peeled peanuts - 2 tbsp
  • Fresh curd - 1/4 cup
  • Oil - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • Asafoetida - 1 pinch
  • Cumin seeds - half a teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chili - less than a quarter teaspoon
  • Salt - As per taste (3/4 tsp)
  • Garam Masala - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped)

How to Cook Baingan Curry at Home with Ginfo4u?

Step1:- Wash the brinjals, peel them and immerse them in water.

Step2:- Prepare the masala to marinate the brinjals: Take out the beaten yogurt, gram flour, salt, and garam masala in a bowl and mix well. Cut brinjal into 1 1/2 inch * 1 1/2 (medium size) pieces. Put the pieces of brinjal in the spices and mix well and keep it for 15-20 minutes.

Step3:- The brinjals are marinated, now we will fry them, put oil in the pan and heat it, pick up one piece of brinjal in hot oil, put 6-7 pieces or as many pieces of oil as can be fried at a time, put the brinjal Turn the pieces on medium flame until they turn light brown and take them out in the plate, fry all the brinjal pieces in the same way and take them out in the plate.

For Brinjals Prepare Tari:- Wash tomatoes, cut into large pieces, break the stems of green Chillies and wash them, peel and wash ginger, cut into large pieces.

Step1:- Prepare curry for the brinjals: Heat 2 -3 tablespoons of oil left in the pan. 

Step2:- Keep the flame very slow, put asafetida and cumin in hot oil, add turmeric powder, coriander powder to the cumin seeds, and now add the ground tomato peanut powder, add red chili and fry the spices until the oil is over the spices Started swimming Put curd in the fried spices and fry it till the oil floats on top of the spices.
