Ingredient for Chicken Mince Cutlet Recipes

  • 500 g Chicken Mince
  • an onion
  • 2 green Chillies
  • Half red bell pepper
  • Half green capsicum
  • Salt to taste
  • Half a teaspoon pepper powder
  • Half a cup of fresh brown bread crumbs

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 5 Green Cardamom
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 cloves
  • 3 medium onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, sliced
  • 1 (to cook) tablespoon butter
  • 1 (to garnish) tablespoon butter
  • 1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 (to garnish) green Chillies
  • 1/2 capsicum
  • 1 ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • 1/2 (Boneless, Mince) kg Chicken
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tomatoes, puree
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • Water
  • coriander leaves

Step9:- After the water dries, finally add coriander leaves, green Chillies, and butter and serve with the pav.
